I’m a day behind with uploads so have decided to skip today and just upload yesterdays shot.
We had some friends over for dinner last night and in my lunch break I raced home to put a rather large shoulder of lamb in the oven to slow roast. It tasted lovely. As did the tomato and sweet pepper soup I made as a starter. I can’t begin to tell you how nice it is to now have the space to properly have friends over. Was a great night and much good food and wine was consumed and many a laugh had. Today has been a struggle as both myself and Chloe have been a little tired and we’ve also been looking after Robyn’s two younger cousins. I think I’ll sleep well later.
